Da wir unser Geschäft hauptsächlich online abwickeln, sind die Prozesse viel schlanker, schneller, nachhaltiger und zeitgemäßer. Durch diese Strategie benötigen wir keine Infrastruktur, die große Menschenmassen und -ströme beherbergt, wodurch die energetischen und städtebaulichen Auswirkungen unserer Infrastruktur deutlich reduziert werden.


Mit unserem innovativen Mietservice legen wir den Grundstein für einen nachhaltigen Wandel auch im Bereich des Wintertourismus. Durch unseren Service wird der Kunde dazu motiviert, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel oder Hotel-Shuttles zu benutzen, um auf die Pisten zu gelangen und so sein Auto so wenig wie möglich zu benutzen.


Bei der Herstellung unserer handgefertigten Skier verwenden wir in Traam lokale Materialien mit sehr geringer Umweltbelastung, manchmal mit recycelten Komponenten.


Schließlich wird unser nachhaltiges Engagement durch unsere Traam-Merchandising-Linie umgesetzt, bei der jedes einzelne Produkt, das mit unserem Umweltlogo gekennzeichnet ist, eine sehr geringe Umweltbelastung aufweist. Beispiele hierfür sind unsere Traam Beanies aus recycelter Baumwolle sowie unsere magnetischen SkiGoogles mit Rahmen aus recycelten Materialien direkt aus der Fischindsutrie.

Having set up our business with a primarily online operation, the processes are much leaner, faster, sustainable and in step with the times. Through this strategy we therefore do not need infrastructure that accommodates large masses and flows of people, thus significantly reducing the energy impact of our infrastructure as well as the urban planning impact.


Our innovative rental service leads us to lay the groundwork for change in a sustainable way in the winter tourism sector as well. By using our service, the customer will be motivated in using public transportation or hotel shuttles to travel to the slopes thus using his car as little as possible.


Regarding our production of handcrafted handmade skis, at Traam, we use local materials with very low environmental impact sometimes with recycled components.


Finally, our sustainable commitment is realized through our Traam merchandising line where every single product marked with our logo for the environment has a very low environmental impact. Examples are our Traam Beanies made from recycled cotton as well as our magnetic SkiGoogles with frames made from recycled materials directly from the fishing industry.
